Converting from older balloon-style framing, where studs are continuous lengths from the mudsill on up, to conventional... and safer... framing.

Approximately half of our foundation work requires engineered plans. No matter the complexity, we will do anything that's engineered. (In fact, we know our job so well that from time to time we find ourselves educating the less-experienced engineer or architect.)
